The information we collect is typically user-generated video content, however may also include text entries and ratings of concepts, and is used in aggregate form to help us understand marketplace needs as well as to create and deliver better products and services. Premier Health Products also utilizes participant video submissions as customer testimonials on websites as well as providing that content to those companies who market and distribute our products. In the course of recording or uploading video, you may have the opportunity to voluntarily submit personally identifiable information (e.g., providing profile information or providing an e-mail address). Harmon, Inc., maintains this information in a database on behalf of Premier Health Products, and may use this information to invite you to participate in future projects, or communicate with you regarding projects in process in which you are participating, subject to agreement with the authoring and the respondent-providing client. Your decision to participate in future projects is completely at your discretion. That is, you have no obligation to complete this or any future project. If you contact Premier Health Products we may keep a record of that correspondence. Wherever Premier Health Products collects personal information we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page. By participating in a project or in visiting the Premier Health Products Web site, you understand and consent to this policy. Who is collecting information and for what purpose? Premier Health Products collects information which assists in developing new products, services, and other research. Participation is completely voluntary and users may choose whether or not to disclose this information. Although we may use an intermediary to fulfill incentives, they may not employ users’ personally identifiable information for any secondary purpose.
