TOOLS REQUIRED: #2 phillips screwdriver.

BEFORE BEGINNING, ensure the power switch on the chair is in the off position and unplug the power cord . Allow the chair to sit for 10 minutes before proceeding.

1) Remove the four phillips screws from the back to the remote control unit.

2) Remove the back cover exposing the remote PCB and remote plug.

3) Disconnect the remote cord from the remote PCB and attach the new PCB to the cord 4) Upon reassembly make sure to align the holes in the PCB with the posts on the remote faceplate.

5) If it is necessary to replace the faceplate sticker, press on the sticker from the back of the remote faceplate through the holes for the buttons using either a screwdriver or a ball point pen.

6) To reassemble reverse steps 1-4
