YOUR PANASONIC MASSAGE LOUNGER LIMITED WARRANTY CURRENTLY PROVIDES YOU WITH THE FOLLOWING COVERAGE::

Labor: On-site service for one (1) year. On-site service includes on-site inspection of the product. At the warrantor’s discretion, coverage included either on-site repair of the product, or removal of the product from your premises for repair to a Panasonic Authorized Service Center.

Parts (excluding moving block components): New or rebuilt parts in exchange for defective parts for one (1) year.

Moving Block and/or block components: New or rebuilt parts in exchange for defective parts for three (3) years. The purchaser pays for all labor charges related to the removal and installation of the moving block and/or components during the second and third year of the warranty.
Extended coverage to 5 years limited parts and labor for Panasonic EP30005 and EP1273 are available through Premier Health Products for $499.00.


Extended Warranty Details: The Premier Health Products limited extended coverage begins upon expiration of the above limited Panasonic warranty.

Parts and Labor: If during the period commencing from the date Two (2) to Five (5) Years of delivery to the original owner, any defect shall occur which is covered under this Limited Warranty (see limitation section below), Premier Health Products will provide labor without charge at our Service Center.

Shipping: Return shipping to our service center will be the responsibility of the customer. Boxing, packaging material and insurance coverage for damage of any items to be returned for repair will be the responsibility of the customer.

Limits and Exclusions: The chair is designed for a maximum user weight of 264 pounds (120Kg). Exceeding the maximum weight may cause permanent damage to the massage mechanism and/or other components of the chair. Any such damage is deemed to be user abuse and is not covered.

*In no event will service be provided after 1000 hours of use as determined by the product’s built-in timer, regardless of number of years in service plan. Please refer to enclosed Product Registration Card for full warranty information limitations and exclusions.

Extended warranty only applies to products sold and delivered in the contiguous 48 United States of America

This Limited Warranty shall be void if in the sole discretion of Premier Health Products the defect was caused by accident, misuse and improper or unauthorized service, alteration or tampering. This Limited Warranty does not cover upholstery or covering. This Limited Warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, including service solely for the purpose of educating the customer about the product. If upon examination by the service center no breakdown is found, you will be responsible for all charges incurred.
